Micron Technology, a global leader in memory and storage solutions, is hiring Data Analytics Engineers for its Assembly and Test Central Quality Engineering (ATCQE) team in Hyderabad. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data, analytics, and engineering.

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will develop and maintain data engineering and analytics solutions that drive quality improvements, process optimization, and operational decision-making across Micron’s global manufacturing and supplier networks. You’ll get to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world problems in semiconductor and deep tech manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing.
• Build lightweight full-stack applications using FastAPI and Angular.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
• Support teams with data-related tasks like extraction, analysis, and visualization.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in deployed systems.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams across time zones.

Key Technical Skills:

Python, FastAPI/Django, Angular with Bootstrap, SQL, Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Feature Stores), REST APIs, Statistics, Jira, Confluence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python (with data analytics/engineering libraries).
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, JMP).
• Understanding of databases, REST APIs, and software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Experience working in cross-functional/global teams.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree with advanced exposure to programming.
• Certifications in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Big Data.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI algorithms and model evaluation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices (on GCP or OpenShift).
• Experience in semiconductor or deep tech manufacturing data.
• Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems and practices.
